Thank you for your interest in IJV! IJV depends entirely on our members, supporters and donors to do what we do. So please join and give generously!
If you agree to our Basis of Unity and self-identify as Jewish, please join us by becoming an IJV Member! If you are non-Jewish, and support our principles, please join us as an IJV Supporter! Minimum dues are $18/year but we encourage you to give generously according to your means. Students and those on low income can request a dues waiver by emailing membership@ijvcanada.org. Membership/Supporter Criteria and Rights:
- Jewish members must agree to work within the Basis of Unity.
- Non-Jewish supporters must agree to work within the IJV Canada principles.
- Members and supporters may participate in their local chapters and any national action groups that interest them.
- Members and supporters may receive and contribute to newsletters, online media, and other publications.
- Members and supporters will receive notice of upcoming events.
- Members are eligible to serve on the national Steering Committee and to vote at the Annual General Meetings.
- Members and supporters are expected to pay annual dues according to their financial capacity (min. $18/year or request a waiver)
